This page explains how Acrona Enterprise LLP handles personal data, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It covers this website and orders placed with us directly. Orders placed on getMachineParts are covered by the privacy policy on that site.

This website

This site has no forms, no sign-in, and no analytics or advertising cookies. It sets no cookies at all. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

What we collect when you contact us or order

• Your name, phone number and email address, so we can reply and send a quote.
• Part numbers, photos and your machine’s make, model and serial number, so we can find the right part.
• Your delivery address and the on-site contact’s number, because the courier needs them.
• Your business name and GSTIN, if you want them on the tax invoice.
• A record of what you ordered, what you paid, and where it went.

What we use it for

To answer you, quote, fulfil and deliver your order, issue the GST invoice the law requires, handle returns, and prevent fraud. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send you marketing without asking first.

Who else sees it

• The courier, which gets the delivery name, address and phone number.
• The payment provider, which processes your payment and tells us whether it succeeded.
• Our accountant and the tax authorities, for invoices we must keep.
• WhatsApp and email providers carry the messages you send us, under their own privacy terms.

Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Invoices and order records for as long as Indian tax law requires, currently eight years. Enquiries that never became an order, for up to two years.

Your rights

You can ask us for a summary of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. We erase everything except records tax law requires us to keep, and we tell you what those are. Write to acronaenterprise@gmail.com; we reply within seven days. This address is also where to raise a grievance about how we handle your data.
